电子顺磁共振波谱仪试制成功电子顺磁共振波谱仪是现代科研方面的重要工具之一,它可用来研究:化学反应的进行、金属及非金属的缺陷、半导体和铁氧体材料中杂质对性能的影响、物质的抗辐射性能、生物生长老化过程中自由基的活动情况等.应用顺磁共振波谱仪可获得物质的结构及在其中发生的物理过程的许多情报,因此它是工业和技术实际应用上极为重要的仪器.顺磁共振仪在1960年由中国科学院上海科学仪器厂和有关单位成立试制小组开始试制.1962年完成了第一台样机,1963年即进行了小批试验生产,在生产过程中,还不断改进,目前该仪器的主要指标已接近国际上同类的先进水平.
