Many people do not understand what type of science a plant classification is. Why does the plant have to be classified? What is the role of the division? I am doing my own classification work, and I am willing to introduce here what the school does and what its significance is. Regardless of the Chinese and foreign plants, plant classifications are almost always started from the medical science of recognizing medicinal plants. The classification methods used are also based on ecology, body type, season of occurrence, and use. This kind of herbalism can be used as an outstanding representative of the “Compendium of Materia Medica” written by Li Shizhen of the Ming Dynasty in China. In this book, he arranges more than a thousand kinds of plants, and clearly describes the traits, origin, and utility of each plant. Although there are some shortcomings, it is still a masterpiece of the world’s herbal medicine. We know that the region of the world is such a vast place. Human races and dialects are so complicated and divergent that a plant nation has the names of various countries.
