山西省太原市实验小学在“幸福人生教育”的探索中,实践“三导三动”教学模式,致力于让学生在课堂找到幸福感。基于对课堂教学的调研分析,凝练“深度参与、真诚合作、持续发展”的教学原则,形成“问题导引、主动学习;体验导学、互动探究;目标导练、行动达标”的“三导三动”教学模式,各学科创建各具特点的变式。研制“三维三感”的“九宫格”评价体系,制定相应的课堂教学观察评价量表,对课堂进行科学分析。
