产业融合作为全球产业发展新趋势,具有巨大的复合经济效应,促进了产业创新,并对传统产业发展战略提出挑战。在产业融合背景下,消费电子业如何进行战略转型以适应新经济环境的发展方向成为每个企业都必须面对的重大课题,越来越受到理论界和业界的重视。本文以消费电子业战略转型为主线,通过对著名消费电子厂商索尼的转型进行具体分析,试图总结出消费电子业战略转型的一般规律,为我国消费电子业的融合发展提供参考和借鉴。
As a new trend of global industrial development, industrial integration has a huge compound economic effect, promoted industrial innovation and challenged the development strategy of traditional industries. Under the background of industrial convergence, how the strategic transformation of the consumer electronics industry adapts to the development direction of the new economic environment has become a major issue that every enterprise must face. It has drawn more and more attention from theorists and industry. In this paper, the strategic transformation of the consumer electronics industry as the main line, through the specific analysis of the famous consumer electronics manufacturers Sony’s transition, trying to sum up the general rules of the strategic transformation of consumer electronics industry for China’s consumer electronics industry to provide reference for the integration and development.
