用双腰穿针法治疗陈旧性泪小管断离１４例。方法是第１根腰穿针经上泪小点泪道探通，并以其为支撑行泪总管或泪囊切开术。第２根腰穿针经下泪小管、泪总管或泪囊切口泪道探通的同时退出第１根腰穿针，泪道冲洗挂线，逆行硅胶棒置入，下泪小管与泪总管或泪囊吻合。１４例中除１例泪小点撕裂轻微溢泪外，均一次治愈，提示该术式操作及术后处理简便，成功率高。
Treatment of 14 cases of broken old canalicular puncture with double lumbar puncture. The second lumbar puncture through the lacrimal duct, tear duct or lacrimal duct incision lacrimal probing at the same time exit the first lumbar puncture, lacrimal duct flushing line, retrograde silicone rod placement, lacrimal duct and tear duct or Dacryocyst anastomosis. In 14 cases, only 1 case of punctum tears slightly tears, were cured, suggesting that the operation and postoperative treatment is simple, high success rate.
