目的建立辣椒面中25种工业染料的液相色谱初步筛查方法和液相色谱串联质谱确证方法。方法以超高效液相-二级管阵列检测器作为初步筛查方法,以超高效液相色谱串联质谱法作为确证方法,并对方法的有效性进行验证。结果本文以空白的辣椒面为基质,分别在高、中、低3个水平进行加标实验,回收率分别在60.1%~100.6%和61.6%~99.4%,RSD(n=6)分别在0.8%~6.1%和1.0%~6.0%,各工业染料的检出限(S/N=3)在0.07 mg/kg~0.80 mg/kg和0.005μg/kg~0.40μg/kg,定量限(S/N=10)在0.21 mg/kg~2.40 mg/kg和0.015μg/kg~1.2μg/kg。结论 2种方法高低搭配,操作简单,稳定性好,适于在实际检测工作中推广应用。
Objective To establish a preliminary screening method of liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry of 25 industrial dyes in capsicum. Methods Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector was used as a preliminary screening method, and coupled with ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HS-MS / MS) as a confirmatory method. The validation of the method was also validated. Results The blank pepper noodles were used as the matrix and the spiked experiments were performed at high, medium and low levels respectively. The recovery rates were 60.1% ~ 100.6% and 61.6% ~ 99.4%, respectively. The RSD (n = 6) % To 6.1% and 1.0% to 6.0%, respectively.
