膜侧栽培是棉花覆膜方式的革新,集中了地膜全覆盖栽培和裸地栽培的优点。但在播种时有一定问题,覆膜后开沟播种易把薄膜钩起,不敢深开沟,播种进度慢。我们经过试验,证明采用覆膜前浇水,覆膜后播种,播后1次覆土的方法较好。1.开沟浇水.在整好地的基础上,用板镐在台面两侧开沟,沟深8厘米左右,沟底要平。开沟的台面宽40厘米左右,宽窄保持一致。浇水要均匀、浇透,与棉花抗旱播种水量相似。浇水后的播种沟深3—4厘米。2.覆膜播种.覆盖塑料薄膜的方法也是从一端开始铺设,注意两侧宽窄一致,膜边紧贴泥土。覆好膜后开始播种。播下的棉籽要靠近膜边。条播、垵播均可,但以等距垵播为好。随播种施入口肥。注意棉籽不要播在膜内。
