【目的】 为了探讨以儿童保健医生为指导者的早期教育社区服务模式 ,将早教知识向家庭推广 ,以促进儿童身心健康全面发展。 【方法】 以北京市西城区平安医院保健科为研究基地 ,将辖区内的 3 2个居委会随机分成实验组与对照组 ,对 0~ 2岁儿童采取纵向监测与横向对照相结合的方法进行研究。 【结果】 研究结果初步确立早期教育社区服务的管理模式、服务模式 ,摸索出培养早教医生的经验 ,编制出一套早教适宜教材。 【结论】 社区儿童保健医生经过早教知识培训是可以胜任早教指导工作的 ,早期教育纳入儿童保健常规工作切实可行
【Objective】 In order to explore the community service model of early education based on the pediatric health care physicians, the knowledge of early childhood education is extended to families to promote the all-round development of children’s physical and mental health. 【Methods】 With the health department of Ping An Hospital of Xicheng District in Beijing as the research base, 32 neighborhood committees in the area were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and the study was conducted on children aged 0 ~ 2 years by combining longitudinal monitoring with lateral control . 【Results】 The results initially establish the management mode and service mode of early education community service, explore the experience of training early education doctors, and compile a set of teaching materials for early childhood education. 【Conclusion】 Community-based child-care doctors can be instructed in early childhood education through early-childhood knowledge training. It is practicable to include early education in the routine work of child health care
