Single crystal white stone is the infrared detector, the ideal window material of infrared light source. However, it is a difficult and important task to achieve a high-strength, highly reliable and hermetic seal between a precious stone window and a metal cavity or a metal lens holder. To achieve this goal, after nearly two years of hard work, we have successfully developed high-temperature metallization of α-body white gemstone. The metalized layer is formed by the chemical reaction between the metal and the gem mother body under high temperature conditions. Tight texture, high peel strength. Can be mechanical polishing, plating and other surface plus
