班级管理是根据教师的要求,对学生学习等行为进行规范、组织、协调的一个动态的过程,班级管理的最终目的是实现教育目标,使学生得到充分的、全面的发展。班级管理的成效对教学课程有着至关重要的作用。本文主要阐述了传统班级管理存在的一些弊端和在新课程背景下计算机班级管理的一些策略。
Class management is a dynamic process of standardizing, organizing and coordinating student learning and other behaviors according to the requirements of teachers. The ultimate goal of class management is to achieve the education goals and enable students to achieve full and comprehensive development. The effectiveness of class management plays a crucial role in teaching curriculum. This article mainly expounds some shortcomings of traditional class management and some strategies of computer class management under the new curriculum background.
