我国改革开放20多年以来,国民经济取得了飞速的发展,于此同时,由于国民经济结构的调整,产生了大批的下岗,失业人员,如何安置这些人员,已成为我国政府面对的重要问题,因为这不仅关系到社会的稳定和谐,更关系到广大人民群众的基本生活就业保障问题,于是,非正规就业劳动组织就应运而生,这些组织是政府为安置分流下岗、失业人员采取的一种积极的就业渠道,对于下岗、失业人员自主创业和孵化微小型企业具有促进作用。本文作者对这一组织的财务管理状况做出了调查,并通过调查分析得出了结论:非正规就业劳动组织也需要财务管理。
