目的应用Coben法分析女性恒牙初期骨性Ⅲ类错畸形的颅颌结构特征,探讨Coben分析法的特点。方法将40例女性骨性Ⅲ类患者治疗前X线头颅侧位片作为研究样本,应用Coben分析测量其颅颌结构数据,并与女性恒牙初期正常值进行比较。结果与正常值比较,女性恒牙初期骨性Ⅲ类错畸形患者Coben分析法测量数据中,颅底点-上齿槽座点/颅底点-鼻根点及关节点-下颌角点/颅底点-鼻根点与正常标准值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论应用Coben分析法分析女性恒牙初期骨性Ⅲ类错畸形,可显示其面中部结构因代偿所掩盖的上颌发育不足,直观、准确地显示骨性Ⅲ类的错机制,为错畸形的分析诊断提供依据。
Objective To analyze the features of craniomaxillofacial features of Cobb class Ⅲ malocclusion with Coben’s method in early stage of female permanent dentition. Methods 40 cases of female skeletal class Ⅲ patients before treatment X-ray cephalometric films as the research sample, the use of Coben analysis of craniofacial structure data were measured and compared with the initial normal female permanent dentition. Results Compared with the normal values, the data of Coben analysis in the early stage of female permanent dentate gynecological patients with class Ⅲ malocclusion showed that cranial base point-superior alveolar base / skull base point-nasal root point and joint-mandibular angle / Skull point - the difference between the nasal point and the normal value was not statistically significant (P> 0.05), the remaining indicators were statistically significant differences (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion The analysis of Coben analysis of skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion in the early stage of female permanent dentition shows that the skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion mechanism can be shown visually and accurately Wrong deformity analysis provides the basis for diagnosis.
