各级档案局馆人员成倍增长,素质有了很大提高 1985年各级档案局馆专职工作人员有1288人,比1980年的696人增加了0.8倍。其中:大学文化程度占20％,比1980年提高了11.4％;高中、中专文化程度占55％,比1980年提高了27.6％。各级档案馆库房建设取得了明显效果 1985年各级档案馆库房总面积达到8.1万平方米,比1980年的2.6万平方米增加了2.1倍。其中“六五”期间三级总投为1113万元,新建库房面积为5.9万平方米,比1980年增长了3.6倍。各级档案馆馆藏档案资料五年增加近两倍 1985年各级档案馆馆藏档案资料达到了367万卷册,比1980年的130万卷增长了1.8倍。其中:馆藏档案达到240万卷,比1980年的105万卷增长了1.3倍;馆藏资料达到127万册,比1980年的24万册增长了4.2倍。

Among them, the number of collections reached 2.4 million volumes, an increase of 1.3 times that of the 1.05 million volumes in 1980; and the volume of collections reached 1.27 million, an increase of 4.2 times that of 240,000 in 1980.
