以生物质废弃物柚子皮为主要原料,通过在柚子皮粉中加入FeCl_3进行改性,将该改性产物用于吸附去除废水中的Cr~(6+)。该改性柚子皮的制备条件为柚子皮粉∶FeCl_3质量比为100∶1,常温下加水混合均匀,在(85±2)℃条件下烘24 h后粉碎。当水中Cr~(6+)离子浓度为5 mg·L~(-1),pH值为6.3,吸附剂投加量为3 g·L~(-1),吸附反应温度为10℃的条件下,吸附反应1 h后达到平衡,吸附效率为97%以上。该吸附反应符合Langmuir等温方程,反应主要机理包括物理吸附、化学吸附、络合作用、絮凝作用、共沉淀作用等。研究表明,该改性吸附材料可自动调节废水pH值,成本低廉,操作简单,效果好,无二次污染,适合处理低浓度含铬废水,有利于生物质废弃物的资源化利用。
Taking grapefruit peel of biomass waste as the main raw material, the modified product was used for adsorption removal of Cr 6+ in wastewater by adding FeCl 3 in grapefruit peel. The modified grapefruit skin preparation conditions for grapefruit peel: FeCl_3 mass ratio of 100: 1, add water at room temperature, mixing, drying at (85 ± 2) ℃ for 24 h and then crushed. When the concentration of Cr 6+ ion in water was 5 mg · L -1, the pH value was 6.3, the dosage of adsorbent was 3 g · L -1 and the reaction temperature was 10 ℃ , The adsorption reaction reached equilibrium after 1 h, and the adsorption efficiency was above 97%. The adsorption reaction conforms to the Langmuir isothermal equation, the main reaction mechanism including physical adsorption, chemical adsorption, complexation, flocculation, coprecipitation and so on. The results show that the modified adsorbent can automatically adjust the pH value of the wastewater, and has the advantages of low cost, simple operation, good effect and no secondary pollution, and is suitable for treating the chromium-containing wastewater with low concentration and is beneficial to the resource utilization of the biomass waste.
