根据Gotch的肝素动力学模型,作者设计出逐段线性加权新模型,以计算肝素的消除速率常数(K)。用该模型对26例血液透析(HD)肝素用量不稳定患者,在袖珍计算机床旁监控下进行了100例次HD。基本上达到了HD中稳态的抗凝效果,并且避免了HD中患者出血,透析器和血液管道凝血等并发症。作者所设计的计算框图便于采用不同的计算机语言编制程序,以指导HD中肝素使用
According to Gotch’s heparin kinetic model, the authors devised a new piecewise linear-weighted model to calculate the heparin elimination rate constant (K). Using this model, 26 patients with unstable hemodialysis (HD) heparin were monitored 100 times HD with the help of a pocket computerized bed. The steady-state anticoagulant effect in HD is basically achieved and complications such as bleeding in patients with HD, coagulation in dialyzers and blood vessels are avoided. The authors designed a computational block diagram to facilitate the use of different computer language programming to guide HD heparin use
