饮食文化是一个国家和民族物质文明和精神文明发展的标尺,是一个民族文化本质特征的集中体现,也是考察一个民族历史文化与心理特征的社会化石。中国饮食文化在海外的发展,在对中华民族文化传承与文化认同、传播中华文化、提升中华民族影响力、增强国家文化软实力等方面发挥着独特且越来越重要的作用。针对中国饮食文化传播怎样推动文化软实力构建的各方面问题,我刊执行主编黄桂婵编审专访了著名饮食文化学者姚伟钧教授。
Food culture is a measure of the material civilization and spiritual civilization development of a country and a nation. It is a concentrated reflection of the essential characteristics of a national culture and a social fossil that examines the historical, cultural and psychological characteristics of a nation. The development of Chinese food culture overseas has played a unique and increasingly important role in inheriting and identifying Chinese culture, spreading Chinese culture, enhancing the influence of the Chinese nation and enhancing the country’s cultural soft power. In view of the problems of how to promote the construction of cultural soft power in China’s food culture communication, executive editor of the magazine Huang Gui-chang compiled an interview with Professor Yao Weijun, a famous food culture scholar.
