本文通过文献资料分析,结合高校体育教学的实践,对影响运动技能学习的主要因素进行了分析认为:示范、讲解是形成动作表象和动作概念的重要手段;练习的次数和练习的方式是决定运动技能形成的关键;没有反馈就没有运动技能的学习;运动技能形成不仅是肢体练习的过程更是心理活动的结果。
