IAP 是一种酸性蛋白,能够抑制PHA 反应,动物实验发现有助长肿瘤增殖的作用。本文统计78例胃癌患者,术中采取病灶局部血、脾静脉血和末梢血,分离血清,测定IAP 含量。另外并测定术前和术后每一个月的未梢血中IAP 值,进行分析对比。从IAP 分布情况看,局部血清是566±280 μg/ml,未梢血是527±362μg/ml,脾静脉血是466±215μg/ml,可见以局部血清中含量最高。作者认为IAP 的产生场所是癌组织,或者和癌细胞接触的淋巴球和噬菌体等。
IAP is an acidic protein that inhibits the PHA response and has been found in animal experiments to contribute to tumor proliferation. In this paper, 78 patients with gastric cancer were included in the study. Local blood, splenic venous blood, and peripheral blood of the lesion were taken during the operation. Serum was separated and IAP content was measured. In addition, the IAP values in the distal blood were measured before and after each month for postoperative analysis. From the IAP distribution, the local serum was 566±280 μg/ml, the missed blood was 527±362 μg/ml, and the spleen venous blood was 466±215 μg/ml. It was seen that the content was highest in the local serum. The authors believe that the place where IAP is produced is cancerous tissue or lymphocytes and bacteriophages that come in contact with cancer cells.
