目的:了解各年龄组学生眼屈光度水平,探讨儿童视力与眼屈光的关系。方法:采用整群抽样法,抽取6~14岁742名学生进行视力检查与眼屈光度测定。结果:正常视力值的学生中,有3.04%的学生屈光状态已成近视眼;在视力低下学生中,小学低年级以远视眼居多,小学四年级至初中二年级学生以近视眼所占比例大。学生眼屈光度P50值随年龄组上升而递减。结论:对于视力低下、视力有下降倾向而仍处在正常视力值范围内的儿童均应作眼屈光检查,以便及时发现近视眼,施行早期防治。
Objective: To understand the refractive power of pupils in all age groups and explore the relationship between visual acuity and refractive power in children. Methods: Using cluster sampling method, 742 students aged 6-14 years were selected for visual acuity test and eye refractive test. Results: Among the students with normal visual acuity, 3.04% of the students had myopia; in low vision students, the lower primary school was mostly hyperopia, and the fourth and fourth graders A large proportion. The pupil diopter P50 decreased with age. CONCLUSIONS: Children with low visual acuity who tend to have decreased visual acuity but are still within normal visual acuity should be examined for refractive error in order to detect myopia in time and perform early prevention and treatment.
