[目的]探讨射频深部热疗中金属支架对猪食管黏膜温度的影响。[方法]采用SR-1000射频深部热疗机对放置金属支架的13只猪食管进行体外加热。在食管黏膜面支架外表面中心处、支架下缘处、支架下缘2cm处和支架下缘4cm处分别设置测温点。加热30min,同时连续监测4个测温点的温度变化情况。[结果]对8只猪的数据进行了统计,4个测温点的温度变化曲线几乎交织在一起,很难分开,且4个测温点处的食管黏膜在加热前、加热15min、加热30min时的温度经多区组比较的方差分析,其P值均大于0.05,无显著性差异。不同测温点的同一时间的温度比较经多组配对资料的重复测量的方差分析结果,F=0.307,P=0.820,无显著性差异。[结论]在射频深部热疗中食管金属支架对猪食管黏膜温度的影响不明显。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of metal stent on the temperature of esophageal mucosa in pigs under RF deep hyperthermia. [Method] Thirteen swine esophageal tubes with metal stent were heated in vitro with SR-1000 RF deep hyperthermia machine. In the center of the outer surface of the esophageal mucosal stent, the lower edge of the stent, the lower edge of the stent 2cm and 4cm lower edge of the stent were set temperature measurement points. Heating 30min, while continuous monitoring of temperature changes at four temperature points. [Results] The data of 8 pigs were statistically analyzed. The temperature curves at 4 temperature points were almost intertwined and were difficult to separate. The esophageal mucosa at 4 temperature points were heated for 15 minutes and heated for 30 minutes When the temperature was compared by multiple block analysis of variance, the P values ?? were greater than 0.05, no significant difference. The temperature at different time points was compared by ANOVA with repeated measurements of multiple pairs of paired data, F = 0.307, P = 0.820, no significant difference. [Conclusion] The effect of esophageal metal stent on the temperature of swine esophageal mucosa was not obvious in RF deep hyperthermia.
