笔者从1988年1月至1995年1月收治慢性扁桃体炎手术者355例,以改良的扁桃体切除手术方式,施行两侧扁桃体切除318例,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般情况:318例中男185例,女133例,男女之比为1.39:1,最小年龄6岁,最大年龄48岁,6～15岁最多、163例占51.3%,16～25岁次之、141例占44.3%,26～35岁11例,36～45岁2例,48岁1例,均为两侧
