本文研究了双真空熔炼 GC-4钢真空油淬温度与组织和性能的关系.在870~970℃C范围内进行真空油淬并低温回火,均可获得较好的综合机械性能,提高淬火温度可提高 K_(1c)值.原工艺规范规定的淬火温度对真空淬火是适用的.
In this paper, the relationship between vacuum oil quenching temperature and microstructure and properties of double vacuum melting GC-4 steel was studied.The vacuum oil quenching and tempering at low temperature in the range of 870 ~ 970 ℃ C can obtain good comprehensive mechanical properties and improve quenching The temperature can be increased K_ (1c) value of the original process specifications for the quenching temperature is suitable for vacuum quenching.
