淬火合金工具钢的基体组织是隐针马氏体,对这种马氏体的组织形态和亚结构的研究目前国内外报导得不多,见解亦不统一.为了探明一些至今尚末澄清的问题,本文以透射电子显微分析术的主要手段对淬火(包括低温回火)合金钢中的隐针马氏体及其它组成相的形态进行逐一分析.为了配合生产应用,测定了试验钢在不同热处理状态下的强度和塑性、韧性,以期达到从调整组织结构出发优化力学性能的目的.
