备课,是教师上好课的前提,也是提高课堂质量的基础,而集体备课是充分发挥教师的群体智慧,顺利突破教学重难点,全面提高课堂教学效益的有效手段。但是在实际教学中,集体备课很容易流于形式,存在诸如主备人单兵作战、集体研讨“蜻蜓点水”、课后反思草草收兵等现象,直接影响着集体备课的实效性。如何切实提高集体备课实效?笔者认为,抓好五大环节,是提高集体备课的有效保证。
Preparation of lessons is a prerequisite for teachers to make good classes and also a basis for improving the quality of classes. Collective preparation of lessons is an effective means to give full play to the wisdom of teachers, break through the difficult points of teaching, and comprehensively improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching. However, in practical teaching, collective preparation for lessons is very easy to form. There are phenomena such as individual preparation for individual combat, collective discussion, “spots and waters”, and after-school reflections on suspense, which directly affect the effectiveness of collective preparation for lessons. How to effectively improve the effectiveness of collective lesson preparation? The author believes that doing a good job in the five major steps is an effective guarantee for improving collective lesson preparation.
