基于拉伸弯曲回弹试验平台,进行了两种高强度冷轧双相钢DP780和DP980拉伸弯曲回弹性能试验,得到了两种材料在不同压边力条件下的拉伸弯曲回弹数据,分析讨论了两种材料的成形及回弹性能;同时,利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了拉伸弯曲试验的仿真模型,根据试验参数进行了对应的成形及回弹过程数值仿真,最后,将仿真回弹结果与试验结果进行了对比,并计算出仿真与试验回弹量偏差率。结果表明:随着压边力的增大,拉伸弯曲的回弹量不断减小;仿真与试验回弹量最大偏差率为11.2%,说明仿真结果与试验符合度较高。
Based on the tensile bending test platform, the tensile bending elastic properties of two kinds of high strength cold-rolled duplex DP780 and DP980 were tested. The tensile bending elastic deformation data of two materials under different blank holder forces , The forming and rebound performance of the two materials were analyzed and discussed. At the same time, the simulation model of tensile bending test was established by finite element software ABAQUS. The corresponding forming and rebound process numerical simulation was carried out according to the experimental parameters. Finally, The springback results are compared with the test results, and the bias of simulation and test springback is calculated. The results show that as the blank holder force increases, the springback of tensile bending decreases continuously. The maximum deviation between simulation and experimental springback is 11.2%, which indicates that the simulation results are in good agreement with the test results.
