The Forces County Public Library in North Carolina has become a library to explore such programs as the Department of Adult Continuing Education (ACE). Originally funded by the L-BCA, the program is equipped with four “Apple II Plus” microcomputers for public access. Each mini-computer comes with a beginner’s “mini-session” disk and booklet. The library also offers additional advanced, wide-ranging software packages and printed materials for public use. product
