以某公司的高温蓄热式均热炉为研究对象,对该炉内的流动和传热过程进行模拟,得到了各工艺参数对钢锭与炉气间对流换热系数的影响规律。研究发现:换向操作对均热炉内的对流换热系数影响很小,实际计算时可忽略其影响;炉温对蓄热炉内钢锭与炉气间的对流换热系数影响很小;热负荷是影响钢锭与炉气间对流换热的重要因素;对于不同锭型,煤气热值与对流换热系数之间的变化规律不尽相同,不同锭型在不同热值条件下,对流换热系数和热负荷之间的关系应分别求解。
Taking a high temperature regenerative soaking furnace of a company as the research object, the flow and heat transfer in the furnace were simulated. The influence of each process parameter on the convective heat transfer coefficient between ingot and furnace gas was obtained. It is found that the commutation operation has little effect on the convective heat transfer coefficient in the soaking furnace, which can be neglected in the actual calculation. The influence of the furnace temperature on the convective heat transfer coefficient between the ingot and the furnace gas in the regenerator is very little. The load is an important factor that affects the convective heat transfer between steel ingot and furnace gas. For different ingot types, the variation law of gas calorific value and convection heat transfer coefficient are different. In different ingot types, convection heat transfer The relationship between coefficient and thermal load should be solved separately.
