本文报道阿奇霉素、红霉素治疗６８例非淋菌性尿道炎疗效对比观察。结果：阿奇霉素组治愈率和有效率分别为８５．３６％和９５．１２％，红霉素组治愈率和有效率分别为５１．８５％和７０．３７％，两组比较有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）．提示阿奇霉素是治疗非淋菌性尿道炎的高效、安全、简便的新药物。
This article reports azithromycin, erythromycin in the treatment of 68 cases of non-gonococcal urethritis comparison of the efficacy. Results: The curative rate and effective rate of azithromycin group were 85.36% and 95.12% respectively. The cure rates and effective rates of erythromycin group were 51.85% and 70.37%, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Tip azithromycin is non-gonococcal urethritis treatment of efficient, safe and easy new drugs.
