我厂生产的295型柴油机主轴承盖采用的是套筒定位方法。由于主轴承孔径的形位公差要求较高,不具有互换性。我厂加工主轴孔径的方法是将各道主轴承盖分别装入气缸体主轴承座上,以12~14公斤·米力矩拧紧主轴承螺母后,镗成φ76D+0.03毫米。有的同志不了解这一情况或想少花钱,在主轴承盖出现断裂时,就拿别的柴油机上主轴承盖代用,而当装配出现错口时,就将定位套筒去掉。由于主轴承盖失去定位,就会使主轴承盖发生位移,造成错位,促使曲轴、主轴承盖等件过早磨损,严重时还会发生曲轴折
