巨型胃溃疡是指直径超过2.5cm 的胃溃疡,因其药物治疗疗效差,其中一些常需手术切除。我们采用呋喃唑酮冶疗20例,取得了较为满意的效果,现总结如下:一、方法:男14例,女6例,年龄26～61岁。溃疡直径在2.5cm 以上,所有病例均经胃镜确诊,活检摒除恶性溃疡。服药方法为:呋喃唑酮0.1/次,3次/天,1个月为1疗程。治疗期间停用其他药物,疗程结束后由同一内镜医师复查。疗效判定:溃疡消失或仅留瘢痕为愈
Giant gastric ulcer refers to gastric ulcer diameter of more than 2.5cm, because of its poor efficacy of drug treatment, some of which often require surgical resection.
