作者报告4例所谓鱼槽肉芽肿的病例,患者发病前均曾接触过热带鱼、金鱼等。4例的皮损均为手指、手背或肘部皮肤发生结节,多发性,类似淋巴管型孢子丝菌病。其中3例结核菌素试验均为阳性。4例活检,组织改变主要为真皮层有上皮样细胞肉芽肿,周围有小圆细胞为主的炎症性细胞浸润,并可见到散在微小脓肿。抗酸染色未查出抗酸菌。将组织碎块接种于小川氏培养基,在27°~30℃避光培养,1~2周后有白色粘液样菌落生长,但将菌落在60°电灯下或室内光曝光1小时后,再避光24小时后菌落变成黄色(光产色试验阳性)。将菌落涂抹标本用抗酸染色后镜检见到比人型结核菌短而稍宽的杆菌,经各种方法检验确定本菌为海鱼分枝杆菌。作者还做了动物接种,并对分离出来的4个菌株做了对各种抗结核药物的敏感试验,结果对利福
