介绍乙醇脱氢法制备乙酸乙酯的原理和工艺,对其催化机理和催化剂的选择以及分离工艺进行了讨论。并将脱氢法与传统的酯化法进行了比较,脱氢法的成本要低于酯化法,且其实际收率达到了82%,超过酯化法的76.9%。最后分析了国内的乙醇脱氢装置的引进情况以及清华大学的乙醇脱氢装置的经济性,并对国内乙醇脱氢的技术进展进行了介绍。
The principle and process of preparing ethyl acetate by ethanol dehydrogenation are introduced. The catalytic mechanism, catalyst selection and separation process are discussed. The dehydrogenation method is compared with the traditional esterification method. The cost of the dehydrogenation method is lower than that of the esterification method, and the actual yield reaches 82%, exceeding the esterification method of 76.9%. In the end, the introduction of domestic ethanol dehydrogenation equipment and the economy of ethanol dehydrogenation equipment of Tsinghua University are analyzed. The technological progress of domestic ethanol dehydrogenation is also introduced.
