TMCP控扎Q460E钢在电力机车车体上首次使用,对Q460E钢的焊接性及焊接材料选用进行了分析,并通过对不同焊接工艺参数下的弯曲、拉伸、冲击、硬度试验及接头显微组织分析,对Q460E钢的焊接接头性能及焊接工艺进行了确认,试验取得满意的效果。
TMCP Zhaoshan Q460E steel is used for the first time on the electric locomotive body. The weldability of Q460E steel and the selection of welding materials are analyzed. The bending, tensile, impact, hardness test and microstructure of joints are analyzed under different welding parameters. Tissue analysis of the Q460E steel welded joint performance and welding process was confirmed, the test achieved satisfactory results.
