利用定性排序与定量转化的方法给指标赋予合理的权重系数，然后采用秩和比法对中日友好医院１９８５～１９９２年的医院工作质量进行了综合评价，其结果与实际情况相符。此方法计算简便，结果符合实际，易于推广应用。
The method of qualitative sorting and quantitative transformation was used to assign a reasonable weight coefficient to the indicators. Then the rank sum ratio method was used to comprehensively evaluate the quality of hospital work in the Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital from 1985 to 1992. The results were consistent with the actual situation. This method is simple and easy to calculate. The result is in line with reality and easy to apply.
