人力资源是指能够推动社会和经济发展的具有智力和体力劳动能力的人的总称。经过合理的组织、协调、控制、运行,人力资源的总体动能可以产生最优绩效,从而现代企业的人力资源管理理论得以形成。以往,企业所需各部类人才缺口通常采用招聘形式填补。然而,一肩挑起招聘的人力资源部门却面临焦灼难题:企业人力资源部门人手配置有限,而招聘专业人才、工资福利、培训离职等大量繁杂性事物占用了绝大多数时间,部门对战略型人才规划、储备与管理几乎无从着力。于此,RPO服务悄然兴起,对企业与人力资源部而言,是福音抑或灾难,我们又该如何对待?
Human resources are the collective names of people with mental and physical capabilities that can promote social and economic development.
