介绍了改良IC/改良HCR/SBR工艺在养猪废水处理中的运行情况。该工艺对HCR反应器的结构进行了改良,将射流曝气装置设置在反应器中心筒的下部,从而提高中心筒内的水流速度,使得反应器内部活性污泥全部处于循环状态,同时射流曝气器还能切割反应器内部的大颗粒污泥,使污泥絮体不断进行更新,提高絮体的活性。该工程采用HCR+SBR联合工艺,运用SBR反应池的生化+沉淀功能,在废水有机物浓度高时HCR+SBR联合运行,废水有机物浓度低时HCR独自运行,而SBR池仅用于沉淀过程,实现整个工程的经济、可靠运行。运行实践表明,该工艺处理效果良好、工艺运行稳定、经济,系统COD去除率达97%以上,BOD5去除率达95%以上,SS总去除率为96%以上,同时脱氮效果特别良好,对氨氮的去除率达到96%以上。
