针对细小岩屑对岩屑录井造成的不利影响,文章分析了细小岩屑的成因,并以探井Ch7井、Y8井为例,介绍了在三牙轮钻头钻进时出现细小岩屑的情况,认为Ch7井使用三牙轮钻头钻进时出现细小岩屑的原因是地层因素和钻井工程因素综合影响的结果,而Y8井是由转盘转速过高造成的。在地层因素相对不变的前提下,采取改变钻井参数降低转盘转速的对策,可以使岩屑颗粒直径明显变大,从而减小对地质录井的影响。
In view of the adverse effect of fine cuttings on cuttings logging, the paper analyzes the causes of fine cuttings, and takes the cases of wells well Ch7 and Y8 as an example, introduces the case of small cuttings when the three-roller bit drills . The reason for the small cuttings occurring when Ch7 was drilled with the tricone bit is the result of the combined effect of formation factors and drilling engineering factors. However, the well Y8 is caused by the high rotating speed of the turntable. Under the premise of relatively unchanged stratigraphy, taking measures to reduce drilling speed by changing drilling parameters, the diameter of cuttings particles can be obviously increased, so as to reduce the impact on geological logging.
