在和谐劳动关系背景下,以同煤集团下属3矿为案例,测量企业文化类型,分析各类型之间的结构关系。运用问卷调查方式采集数据,分析发现:同煤集团以科层型文化为主,支持型文化影响次之,创新型文化水平最低。研究表明,煤矿企业文化未来发展应以支持型为核心,将科层型文化融入支持型文化,建设充满创新的企业文化。
Under the background of harmonious labor relations, take the No. 3 mine of Tongmei Group as a case to measure the corporate culture type and analyze the structural relationship among various types. Using questionnaires to collect data, the analysis found that: Tongmei Group is dominated by bureaucratic culture, followed by supportive culture, with the lowest level of innovative culture. The research shows that the future development of the coal mine enterprise culture should take the supportive type as the core, integrate the bureaucratic culture into the supportive culture, and construct the innovative enterprise culture.
