目前我国许多炼油厂存在资源浪费的情况,在资源日益紧缺的关键时候,对于资源的节约以及利用新技术对原有装置进行改善迫在眉睫。炼油厂的火炬气的任意排放,造成了大量的能源消耗和损失,而在经过几十年对火炬气回收利用的技术上,国内相关技术人员一直没有放松对其的研究和技术改造。炼油厂火炬气补充燃料气系统的优化改造技术,是现在炼油厂所要研究与重点关注的方向。经过对炼油厂火炬气的回收和利用现状的了解,探究了火炬气在回收利用时利用率不高的问题,并对火炬气补充燃料气系统优化提出相应的改善方案。通过项目实施的效果以及经济效益进行分析,使改造后的炼油厂经济效益得到提升。
At present, many refineries in our country have the waste of resources. In the critical time when resources are in short supply, it is imminent to save resources and make improvements to existing devices by using new technologies. Arbitrary discharge of flare gas from refineries has caused a great deal of energy consumption and loss. However, after several decades of recycling of flare gas, relevant domestic technical personnel have not relaxed their research and technological transformation. Refining refinery flare gas refueling system optimization and reformation technology, is now the refinery to be the focus of research and direction. After understanding the present situation of recovery and utilization of flare gas in refinery, this paper explores the problem of low utilization rate of flare gas in recycling and puts forward corresponding improvement plan for flare gas refueling gas system optimization. Through the implementation of the project results and economic efficiency analysis, the refinery economic benefits have been upgraded.
