使用管式固定床反应器对多种催化剂用于苯胺和甲醇气相N-烷基化反应的活性进行了评价。用红外光谱测定了催化剂表面酸的类型;用程序升温脱附法测定了表面酸强度分布。对催化剂的活性和表面酸性进行了关联,确定了苯胺的N-甲基化是在较弱的L酸中心上进行的。用管式反应器研究了催化剂的使用工艺条件、稳定性及其反应动力学,获得了反应速率方程、活化能,并提出了可能的反应机理。
The activity of various catalysts for the vapor phase N-alkylation of aniline and methanol was evaluated using a tubular fixed bed reactor. The type of acid on the surface of catalyst was determined by infrared spectroscopy. The surface acid strength distribution was measured by temperature programmed desorption. The activity of the catalyst and the surface acidity were correlated to confirm that N-methylation of aniline was carried out on the weaker L acid sites. The tubular reactor was used to study the process conditions, stability and reaction kinetics of the catalyst. The reaction rate equation and activation energy were obtained and the possible reaction mechanism was proposed.
