新时期,工会作为一种新型组织形式出现在企业内部,发挥着对企业管理的积极支持作用。新的经济形势下,电力企业工会面临着新的问题和挑战,要想在这样复杂的形势下发挥自身的功能和作用,就要积极践行国家的方针政策,用不断变化的思想来解决问题,科学协调企业员工利益与整体利益的关系,正确处理长远利益与短期利益的关系。本文针对电力企业工会管理展开讨论,进行分析探究。
In the new era, as a new form of organization, trade unions appear in the enterprise and play an active supportive role in the management of the enterprise. Under the new economic situation, trade unions in power enterprises are faced with new problems and challenges.
