为提高旋转阀脉冲爆震发动机(RVPDE)燃油系统性能,增强电磁阀的高频适应性,应用汽车行业领先的共轨技术,设计满足RVPDE性能要求的共轨式燃油系统(Common Rail System of PDE,CRP),并对系统控制性能、流量特性和动态响应特性进行实验研究。研究结果表明:CRP喷射时间可控制到微秒级,所有爆震管每次喷射之间的差别可控制在5%以内,电磁阀开启、关闭的动态响应时间均在1ms以内。
To improve the performance of the rotary valve pulse detonation engine (RVPDE) fuel system and enhance the high-frequency adaptability of the solenoid valves, the common rail system of PDE , CRP), and the experimental study of the control performance, flow characteristics and dynamic response characteristics of the system. The results show that the injection time of CRP can be controlled to microsecond level, and the difference between each injection of all detonation tubes can be controlled within 5%. The dynamic response time of solenoid valve opening and closing is within 1ms.
