Tobacco alkaloid baselines were successfully separated by capillary zone electrophoresis using a tartaric acid buffer system at pH 3.2 and 360 mmol / L, which improved the resolution and detection sensitivity compared with phosphate buffer solution. Degrees and detection limits were 1.6 and 2 ng / mL respectively.In addition, column-based enrichment was also performed on the selective depletion of Cationic Capillary Electrophoresis using trace amounts of alkaloids in cigarette samples.
