研究了TC4钛合金在750、800℃渗不同时间铝后表面渗铝层的显微组织、成分和相结构,以及温度和保温时间对浸渗层厚度的影响。试验结果表明:在750℃下,随保温时间的延长渗铝层厚度变化不大,而在800℃下,随保温时间的延长渗层厚度增加较大,渗层与基体界面清晰,其上有些贯穿裂纹存在;渗铝层主要组成元素是Ti和Al;主要组成相是TiAl_3,此外还有少量的TiAl_2和TiAl等含铝量较低的钛铝化合物相。
The microstructure, composition and phase structure of the aluminized layer on the surface of TC4 titanium alloy infiltrated at different temperatures of 750 and 800 ℃ for different times were studied. The effects of temperature and holding time on the thickness of the infiltrated layer were also studied. The experimental results show that the thickness of the aluminized layer changes little with the holding time at 750 ℃, while the thickness of the aluminized layer increases with the holding time at 800 ℃, the interface between the layer and the substrate is clear, The main constituents of the aluminized layer are TiAl; the main phase is TiAl_3, in addition there are a small amount of TiAl_2 and TiAl and other aluminum with a lower content of aluminum-titanium compound phase.
