近年来,食品安全问题备受重视,针对蔬菜安全的溯源模式逐渐成为许多食品安全监管部门的重点建设项目。但是该溯源模式依旧存在较大的安全隐患,目前市面上大部分的溯源系统使用物联网技术对蔬菜类产品的供应链信息进行跟踪,然而这种技术无法解决溯源应用中普遍存在的数据造假问题。溯源系统通常建立在上述食品安全管理制度之上,溯源系统由某一管理部门或组织提出相关规范并维护、管理,同时强制要求下游企业按照规范进行溯源信息的录入。这种中心化的管理方式的缺点在于: 需要管理机构绝对可靠,即管理者需要获得用户与溯源系统参与者的信任,并且需要付出极大的成本来保障数据的安全性。“,”In recent years, food safety issues have received much attention, and the traceability model for vegetable safety has gradually become a key construction project of many food safety supervision departments. The disadvantage of this centralized management method is that the management organization needs to be absolutely reliable, that is, the manager needs to gain the trust of users and the participants of the traceability system, and it needs to pay a huge cost to ensure the security of the data.
