采用挤压铸造工艺制备出复合良好的K2 O·6TiO2 (W) /ZA2 7合金复合材料 ,对该复合材料的微观组织、界面微观结构、界面反应等进行了研究。结果表明 ,该复合材料基体组织中K2 O·6TiO2 (W ) 晶须分布均匀 ,界面结合良好。分析讨论了挤压铸造温度对K2 O·6TiO2 (W ) /ZA2 7合金复合材料界面反应的影响条件 ,并提出了复合材料界面反应产生条件和生长机制
The well-compounded composite of K2O6TiO2 (W) / ZA2 7 was prepared by squeeze casting process, and the microstructure, interfacial microstructure and interfacial reaction of the composites were studied. The results show that the distribution of K2 O · 6TiO2 (W) whiskers in the composite matrix is uniform and the interfacial bonding is good.
