读了《财会通讯》1981年第十期求实同志的文章,我有一些不同的看法。评定授予会计干部技术职称,是对广大会计人员学识水平、业务能力、工作成就的全面衡量,从而鼓励广大会计人员努力钻研业务技术,积极做好会计工作,充分发挥会计的职能作用,促进社会主义经济建设高速度发展。因此,坚持条件,准确掌握标准,保证质量,做好会计职称考评工作事关重大。求实同志指责各地制定实施办法,组织实地考核等是处处设卡;上一级评委会组织审查平衡是层层加码;各评委会采取一些措施使考评条件具体化、形象化是标新立异等等。我认为这是错误的。评定会计干部技术职称必须按照国务院颁发的《会计干部技术职称暂行規定》执行,坚持以学识水平、业务能力、工作成就为主要依据。然而,具体到每个单位、每个人,学识水平如何衡量,业务能力怎
