鉴于定量分析干旱预警水位有利于水库抗旱期的合理调度,提出水库干旱预警响应机制,探讨与之相对应的水库干旱分级预警水位计算方法和步骤,并以柴河水库为例,考虑预警期为6个月,在分析水库来水量、需水量的基础上,采用逐6月应供水量滑动计算确定柴河水库旱限水位为96.47m,干旱Ⅰ~Ⅵ分级预警水位分别为86.98、89.40、90.79、93.18m,据此绘制了柴河水库干旱分级响应预警图,可用于指导水库抗旱调度工作。
In view of the quantitative analysis of drought warning water level is in favor of rational scheduling of reservoir drought resistance period, a warning mechanism of reservoir drought warning is put forward, and corresponding calculation methods and steps of reservoir drought classification warning water level are discussed. Taking Chaihe reservoir as an example, Based on the analysis of water quantity and water requirement of the reservoir for 6 months, the water level of drought in Chaihe Reservoir was determined to be 96.47m by sliding calculation according to the amount of water supply in June, and the water level of drought Ⅰ-Ⅵ classification was 86.98,89.40,90.79 , 93.18m, draw the early warning map of the drought grading response of Chaihe Reservoir, which can be used to guide the reservoir’s drought dispatching work.
