目的了解高中生个性及群性发展自我效能与吸烟、伤害、网络成瘾行为之间的关系,为预防网络成瘾、伤害及吸烟行为提供依据。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,抽取北京市6所高中1 072名高中生,应用内地化的《个性与群性发展自我效能量表(高中版)》和《中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷》进行调查。结果本次调查发放问卷1 072份,回收有效问卷974份、有效率为90.9%。在调查对象中27.21%(262/963)的高中生尝试过吸烟,15.4%(15/974)的高中生受过严重伤害,9.45%(92/974)的高中生网络成瘾;《个性与群性发展自我效能量表(高中版)》的多个维度与吸烟、伤害(自杀)、网络成瘾等健康危险行为有统计学关联(P<0.05);个性与群性发展自我效能得分越低的高中生越有可能发生吸烟、伤害、网络成瘾等健康危险行为。结论个性与群性发展自我效能的多个维度与健康危险行为之间有显著性关联,个性与群性发展自我效能得分对高中生健康危险行为有一定的预测作用。
Objective To understand the relationship between self-efficacy and behaviors of smoking, injury and internet addiction in high school students with personality and social development, and to provide a basis for prevention of internet addiction, injury and smoking behavior. Methods A multistage cluster random sampling method was used to collect 1 072 high school students from 6 high schools in Beijing and to apply the “Individuality and Group Developmental Self-Efficacy Scale (High School Version)” and "Chinese Youth Health-Related Behavior Questionnaire Investigate. Results A total of 1 072 questionnaires were sent out to this survey. 974 valid questionnaires were returned, with an effective rate of 90.9%. Among the survey participants, 27.21% (262/963) of high school students tried smoking, 15.4% (15/974) of high school students were severely injured, and 9.45% (92/974) of high school students had Internet addiction. (P <0.05). The lower the self-efficacy scores of personality and group development were, the lower the self-efficacy scores were Of high school students are more likely to have health risk behaviors such as smoking, injury and internet addiction. Conclusions There is a significant correlation between multiple dimensions of personality and group developmental self-efficacy and health risk behaviors. Individuality and group developmental self-efficacy scores have certain predictive value on health risk behaviors of high school students.
