Dapiprazole是一种新的α-肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂。胆硷能缩瞳剂可以产生调节痉挛、晶体向前移位和变厚,前房变浅和促使瞳孔阻滞等不良影响,而α-肾上腺素能阻滞剂可以避免这些缺点。本文研究目的是判定眼局部滴dapiprazole的真实作用。对象是24名健康志愿者,眼部没有任何疾病,年龄为22~38岁(平均为28岁)。用超声波(A-scan Xenotec Ultrascan 303 ABX:10 MHz的聚焦探头及具有“延迟”性能)测量前房深度、晶体厚度及玻璃体长度,屈光状态是用主观方法检查,瞳孔大小是在恒定照明下用
Dapiprazole is a new alpha-adrenergic receptor blocker. Cholinergic miotic agents can produce spasms of regulation, forward shift and thickening of the lens, anterior chamber becomes shallow and promote pupillary block and other adverse effects, and α-adrenergic blockers can avoid these shortcomings. The purpose of this study was to determine the true effect of dapiprazole in the eye drops. The subjects were 24 healthy volunteers who had no eye disease and were 22 to 38 years old (mean, 28 years).
